Shipping Policy
It is our goal to ship orders in as timely a manner as possible, usually 2-3 business days. However, sometimes we are involved in ministry events such as camps and crusades that make it especially difficult to process, package and ship orders. We will attempt to notify you ASAP if there is an expected delay.

At the present time, we most often ship using the United States Post Office. We can ship Standard/Ground mail, Priority Mail or Media Mail. Recently we have found that the easiest and quickest choice is Priority Mail which is often very similar in price and includes tracking and insurance.
Other types of shipment such as UPS or FED-EX will be considered at the customers request.
Return & Exchange Policy
If upon receiving your order you should find any item broken, damaged or defective we will gladly grant a full refund or exchange.
